Blue Torch is a South East London based GAS SAFE registered heating and plumbing business that offers a professional, reliable response to all your heating, gas and plumbing needs.

We offer a number of heating and plumbing services that are both competitively priced and completed to the highest standards. Being a small, local business we offer the flexibility and personal touch that is often missing from larger companies.

How can we help

- Servicing and repair of domestic gas boilers including associated components of the heating systems, water heaters, fires, cookers and hobs.

- Installation of gas boilers, water heaters, cookers and hobs.

- Upgrade of existing system eg. TRV's, radiators, programmers.

- Landlord Gas Safety Certificates.

- Plumbing repairs and installation.

Our normal hours of business are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If these hours are inconvienient we also offer evening and weekend appointments. For your convienience we book time slots of 2 hours (ie. between 8am and 10am, 10am and 12pm, etc). Please contact us if you require further information.

Whatever the job, we always offer to install a Carbon Monoxide detector, as should any responsible GAS SAFE registered engineer. This is to ensure your safety should you or your neighbours appliance fail dangerously between services. We only charge £30 to supply and fit a detector that has a manufacturers warranty of 5 years. Prices

Blue Torch is 100% committed to upfront pricing. There are no call out charges and no hidden extras. All prices are inclusive of any taxes.

- Servicing charges range from £70 for a room sealed boiler, water heater, fire, cooker or hob to a maximum of £80 for a backboiler/fire. Any parts that are required will be fully explained to you with price given prior to any work being carried out.

- For repairs we charge £70 for the first hour of work and £30 per hour thereafter. After an initial investigation of the appliance we give an estimate of how long the job will take. This means there are no surprises with the final bill. Any parts that are required will be fully explained to you with price given prior to any work being carried out.

- Installation charges are dependent on many factors. We offer a free, no obligation quotation. Please contact us.

- Landlord Gas Safety Certificates are a legal requirement of all landlords and must be completed annually. We charge £60 for the first appliance and £20 for each thereafter.

- Payment for any work carried out can be made either by cheque or cash.
